The aim of the Clean Earth Collective is to help bring together all aspects of our environment, from protecting our oceans to funding green and renewable projects around the world.
Climate Finance through Carbon credits
The Clean Earth Collective sources ethical carbon credits from worldwide trading platforms and gold standard projects, giving individuals, entities, companies and corporations the opportunity to offset their emissions transparently, ethically, and competitively, offering bespoke services and guidance to implement carbon (CO2e) audits across all sectors of industry, helping companies align with the Paris Accord and to go beyond business as usual to become ‘Climate Positive.’ All prices are in line with the UN carbon offset programme.
All types of carbon credit on the market are equivalent to 1 metric tonne of carbon dioxide saved from entering the atmosphere, through the creation of a green and renewable project, this was agreed at the Paris Accord as the only measurable way of moving forward.
CER Certified Emission Reduction Units – These credits are generated by renewable energy projects such as wind, solar and hydro-electric. Certified on the EU Emissions Trading System.
VER Voluntary Emission Reduction Units – Voluntary carbon credits are verified through a third party process, generally suited to smaller projects with less start up costs.
Gold Standard Credits – These credits have additional benefits for local communities, ranging from water and health to biodiversity.
Our mission is to:
‘Make our energy needs local and renewable, ending the worldwide competition for fossil fuels’
‘Directly fund green and renewable technology’
